France: willingness to pay for eco-friendly delivery 2023

Nearly a fifth of French online shoppers responded "Yes, definitely" to the question of whether they would be willing to pay a surcharge for eco-friendly delivery of their e-commerce orders as of October 2023. Another 32 percent of respondents also responded in the affirmative, but depending on the amount of surcharge.
