The survey results show that as of 2018, the compatibility of applicants with the company culture was important to the majority of employers surveyed. Over 75 percent of respondents indicated that they checked applications to see if the applicant fit in with their company's culture, while just five percent of the respondents indicated that company culture was something they did not consider at all.
