HIV expenditure in Chile 2010-2022
In 2022, total spending on HIV/AIDS programs in Chile amounted to approximately 358 million U.S. dollars. This represents an increase of 201 million U.S. dollars compared to 2019, when the expenditure from domestic and international sources allocated to HIV programs in the South American country added up to 157 million U.S. dollars. During the last year analyzed, an estimated 83,000 people in Chile were living with HIV.
