Top reason the Generation Z work part-time South Korea 2019
According to a survey conducted among Generation Z in South Korea in 2019, around 27.5 percent of respondents stated that the top reason they worked part-time was because the allowance from their parents was insufficient, while around 22 percent said they were working to pay for their everyday expenses such as food. Other top reasons were that youths wanted to buy things they wanted, gain social experience, or fund their travels.
