Chilled dairy drinks expenditure in the Netherlands 2019, by household type
In 2019, an average household in the Netherlands spent roughly 46 euros on dairy drinks. Expenditure on dairy drinks, such as milk, chocolate milk and buttermilk, was highest among the well-to-do households with children. Per year, these households spend just over 70 euros on dairy drinks. By comparison, in 2019 young singles spent less than 30 euros on this kind of non-alcoholic beverages.
