Italian consumers willing to use virtual assistants in 2019, by category
About 35 percent of Italian consumers answering to a survey stated they were willing to use virtual digital assistant services when buying clothing and accessories. The same percentage of respondents was eager to try such AI technology for the purchase of telecommunication services. Real estate and financial investments were the categories where consumers were least eager to be provided with a virtual digital assistant in the moment of actual purchase, probably considered a more complex operation.
