French handcraft businesses and their average online communication budget 2020
In 2020, most micro- and small and medium-sized enterprise had recognized the utility of having an online presence for a flourishing business. However, the average annual budget dedicated to Internet communication (site, social networks) was then relatively low: 63 percent of companies spent less than 300 euros per year, 24 percent from 300 to 1,000 euros, 10 percent from 1,000 to 5,000 euros and only four percent more than 5000 euros.
