Insurance companies' COVID-19 employee safety measures in North America 2020
The most common measure taken by insurance companies in North America to ensure employee safety when offices reopen after COVID-19 is to implement enhanced cleaning procedures. More than 80 percent of North American respondents already implemented this measure. While other measures such as the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reducing office hours were less popular, over half of the respondents had already implemented every measure listed in the survey.
