Rule of law index in Tunisia 2010-2020
In 2020, the rule of law index score for Tunisia stood at 0.14 points, an increase compared to the previous year which recorded 0.06 points. Over the period examined, the country’s rule of law registered negative values between 2011 and 2015 and reached the lowest score in 2013 at minus 0.19 points. A higher index score indicates higher overall confidence in the country's rule of law, including contract enforcement, property rights, and criminal justice.
