Willingness to take a COVID-19 vaccine in Kenya 2020
In October 2020, 85 percent of Kenyans were willing to take a vaccine against the coronavirus (COVID-19). Among the 14 percent of Kenya's population averse to receive the immunization, lack of trust and safety concerns were frequently mentioned as main regards. Kenya started the vaccination on March 10, 2021, with 4,000 doses initially distributed to frontline health workers.
