Top metaverse experiences B2C marketers were likely to create in the U.S. 2022
According to a survey conducted between August and September 2022 among marketers in the United States who are professionally aware of the metaverse, 61 percent of respondents said they would likely create a metaverse experience that would allow their customers to easily communicate with brand representatives and ask for advice. This was followed by 59 percent of respondents saying they would create a metaverse experience that would allow consumers to engage with other consumers who are familiar with a brand's product.
