B2B digital channels used by companies in Denmark 2022, by supplier industry
In 2022, the most common digital purchase channels for Danish B2B buyers were web shops/apps, e-mail, and custom web portals. Almost nine out of ten buyers purchased through web shops and apps when buying from B2B service companies. E-mail remains a significant purchase channel for all categories of suppliers, with a higher usage when it comes to purchase from manufacturers. Custom web portals for businesses were the most widely used for B2B retail purchases, with 30 percent of buyers using such portals.
