E-mail marketing key metrics used post-Apple MPP worldwide 2022
During a survey carried out among marketers in selected countries worldwide, the click-through-rate (CTR) - the number of users who saw an ad and proceeded to click on it after seeing it - was still the most preferred metric to determine the success of e-mail marketing campaigns post-Apple's mail privacy protection (MPP) - 65 percent of respondents chose it. Apple's MPP is a consumer protection program that prevents marketers from finding out further information linked to a user's online activity and IP address after interacting with advertisements.
