As of June 2023, the luxury brands index within South Africa and Namibia demonstrated a trading density of over 356,000 South African rand (approximately 19,059 U.S. dollars) per square meter. When compared to the index of all centers, which amounted to almost 40,000 South African rand (around 2,130 U.S. dollars) per square meter, the luxury brands segment surpassed the all centers level by 795 percent.
