Short sleep duration & sleep-related difficulties: U.S. adults 2005-2008
This statistic displays the percentage of U.S. adults with short sleep duration and sleep-related difficulties in the period 2005-2008, based on the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System in 12 states. Some 37 percent of all respondents stated that they sleep less than 7 hours on average. Of these, around 23 percent reported problems with concentrating.
