Suicide morality as seen by U.S. adults by religion 2013
This statistic displays the percentage of U.S. adults by religion and ethnic background, that says a person has a moral right to suicide under certain circumstances as of 2013. Some 47 percent of white Catholics agreed that a person had a moral right to suicide if they were ready to die and living was a burden. In the last 15 years, the percentage of people saying that medical professionals should do everything possible to save a patients life has increased.
