Likelihood of switching retailer due to a disappointing experience in the UK 2015
The statistic displays the likelihood of switch of retailer when next shopping for products online due to disappointing experience at peak times in the United Kingdom (UK) in April 2015, by age group. According to the survey, 13 percent of respondents aged between 18 and 24 years were very likely to switch to an alternative retailer as a result of disappointing experience during peak times.
