Canada: mining assets abroad share by country 2021

The United States accounted for the largest share of Canada's mining assets abroad (CMAA) in 2021, at 21.1 percent of Canada's total mining assets located outside of Canada. A further 12.7 percent of Canadian mining assets were located in Chile at that time, placing Chile as the second-largest country based on Canadian mining assets located abroad.
