UK: SMEs' view of the usefulness of online marketplaces feedback about customers 2016
This statistic displays the findings of a survey on the perception of the usefulness of feedback provided by online marketplaces about customer behavior and preferences or services among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the United Kingdom (UK) in April 2016. During the survey period, it was found that 21 percent of responding SMEs totally agreed that the information they received had been useful for the development or improvement of their products or services.
