The Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. was the world's largest potash producer and one of the leading fertilizer producers in general. PotashCorp was headquartered in Saskatoon, Canada. On January 1, 2018, PotashCorp and Agrium completed a merger of equals, thus creating Nutrien, the world’s largest provider of crop inputs and services. In 2017, PotashCorp produced some 1.54 million metric tons of phosphate.
