Online banking practices
Online banking allows customers to carry out payments and various transactions using the internet, and can be both part of traditional financial institutions’ services and digital banks. In 2023, among French people aged 25 to 34 years old, over 86 percent used online banking, making it the most active age group in terms of online banking penetration.
