Brazil: car dealerships' main areas for investment 2019
A survey on the Brazilian automotive industry carried out among high hierarchy executives and other staff working in this sector revealed that operational efficiency would be the main area of investment in the automotive dealership segment in 2019. When asked in which areas car dealerships would allocate investments (if any), 67 percent of respondents said that these investments would be directed to operational efficiency, while other 63 percent thought those funds would go to innovation in marketing, sales and digitalization.
