In 2021, the majority of online banked population in Latin America used more than one financial institution. According to a survey carried out in August 2021, 76.4 percent of Brazilian respondents used the services of two or more financial institutions. Peru had the second highest share of respondents who used two or more banks, with 69.7 percent.
