Digital transformation needs of SMEs in Finland 2019
The most important digital transformation need of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Finland was the development of digital marketing and communication. 65 percent of companies with employees and 69 percent of self-employed persons stated this in a 2019 survey. Other relevant digitalization-related needs included improvement of customer experience and information security.
