However, the proportion of students who were all in all satisfied with their study subject declined slightly after the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, and continued to decrease in 2022. One a scale from one to five, where five equals the most satisfaction, higher education students scored an average of 3.8 in 2022, which was the lowest in the period under consideration. Student satisfaction increased again in 2023.
