Main areas for improvement in managing e-commerce fraud worldwide 2023
A survey conducted at the end of 2022 revealed that fraud analytics is the top area for improvement in e-commerce fraud management. Over half of the online merchants surveyed said they intended to prioritize fraud analytics over the next 12 months. Additionally, 41 percent of merchants aim to enhance the accuracy of automated detection, while 38 percent plan to improve the chargeback dispute process.
