Motivation for purchasing beef in Europe 2023

Across Europe, over half of consumers tend to buy nicer quality food to eat at home as opposed to eating out as of Q1 2023. The is the top motivating factor for consumers to purchase beef, however, was that they think beef just tastes good. 88 percent of consumers agreed with that statement. About 43 percent of European consumers also purchase beef when they believe it is a good value for the money.
