In 2021, T-Mobile Netherlands had more than 8.4 million customers, almost seven million of which were mobile customers. In September 2021, Deutsche Telekom, owner of the company, sold T-Mobile Netherlands for 5.1 billion euros to the investment companies Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus. The numbers reported in 2022 reflect the completion of the sale of T‑Mobile Netherlands as of March 31, 2022. As of September 2023, T-Mobile Netherlands operates as Odido.
