Intentions to shop online vs. in-store during the Black Friday sales Australia 2023

In a survey conducted about festive season shopping expectations among Australian consumers in September 2023, over 55 percent of those surveyed said they intended to shop online only during the 2023 Black Friday sales. Around one-fifth of respondents indicated they planned to shop only in-store during the Black Friday sales period that year.
