NHS England staff: satisfaction with standards of care 2023

The majority of the staff remain satisfied with the standard of care provided among NHS organizations. In 2023, approximately 65 percent of NHS staff agreed that they would be happy about the standard of care provided to a friend or relative by their organization. Conversely, standard of care satisfaction has decreased considerably in the past three years.
