Shipping communication carried out by e-commerce businesses and carriers France 2020
Emailing strategy is an important part of e-commerce. With a push from the virulent COVID-19 crisis, the source has analyzed e-commerce businesses' shipping communication in France in 2020. Thus, in more as half of the cases, both the online retailer and the transport provider were communicating with customers during shipping. Furthermore, 24 businesses out of 100 took care of shipping communication alone, whilst nine percent of businesses left it to the transporter alone.
