U.S. digital holiday gift research channels 2019

During a July 2019 survey, it was found that 28.3 percent of U.S. online users begin to search for holiday season gifts on Amazon. In-store was still the most popular starting point for holiday gift research but various online channels such as Amazon, Google, and product websites have also been gaining in popularity with consumers.
